San Diego Christian finished last season with a 2-11 overall record and 1-7 conference mark to finish eighth in the GSAC. Friday will be the first meeting between the Beacons and the Hawks.

Pacific University is coming off a 4-1 win over The Evergreen State College. Last season, the Boxers finished 6-12-1 overall and 4-11-1 in conference play to place sixth in the NWC. Pacific holds a 3-0-1 advantage over Bushnell in the all-time series with the last match taking place in 2013.

MEN'S SOCCER
Saturday 9/10 at Pacific University, 3:00 pm (Livestats | Video Stream)

Bushnell (2-2) hosted George Fox on Thursday, coming away with a 2-1 victory. Freshman Caleb Premo made his home collegiate debut, and made it a good one, scoring a goal before assisting on the game-winner. The match-winner came off the foot of Caleb Burke, who has now scored in three of four games.

Burke has now scored five goals this season, bumping his career total up to seven. The sophomore is now tied for sixth on Bushnell's all-time career scoring list.

Once again, the Beacons will play just one match on the week, traveling to Forest Grove for a non-conference game with Pacific. The Boxers are 0-2 on the year, falling to the Evergreen and Northwest last weekend. Bushnell is 0-2-1 against Pacific in the all-time series with the last match being held in 2015.

VOLLEYBALL
Wednesday 9/7 vs. #5 Corban, 7:00 pm (Livestats | Video Stream)
Friday 9/9 vs. Warner Pacific, 7:00 pm (Livestats | Video Stream)
Saturday 9/10 vs. Multnomah, 5:00 pm (Livestats | Video Stream)

Bushnell (6-4, 1-1 CCC) is coming off a four-set loss to seventh-ranked Eastern Oregon on Saturday after taking a forfeit win against the College of Idaho on Friday due to COVID protocols. The Beacons now prepare for one of the most anticipated matches of the season, the battle with No. 5 Corban on Wednesday evening.

Following Wednesday's match, the Beacons will host Warner Pacific on Friday and Multnomah on Saturday.

The Warriors (8-2, 1-1 CCC), who were swept by Eastern Oregon at home last Friday night, have played five teams ranked among the Top-25, winning three of these matches. Last season, the Beacons earned a historic victory over Corban, who were ranked sixth at the time, for their first-ever win over an NAIA Top-10 ranked team. The 25-23, 26-24, 27-25 victory in the Morse Center turned out to be the top story of the year in Bushnell Athletics. For a refresher, click here. Corban is 22-10 all-time against Bushnell.

Warner Pacific (0-2, 0-2 CCC) fell to the Evergreen and Northwest over the weekend. The Beacons hold a 19-15 advantage in the all-time series with the Knights and have won the last six meetings.

Multnomah (0-2, 0-2 CCC) also fell to both the Eagles and Geoducks over the weekend. The Beacons have swept the last six matchups with the Lions and are 23-1 in the all-time series.
