CORVALLIS, Ore. – Bushnell sprinters took center stage on Friday as the Beacons opened up their final weekend of the regular season at the Oregon State High Performance Meet, pulling in four new qualifications for next week's Cascade Collegiate Conference championships.

The ladies were led by
Cyan Kelso-Reynolds (pictured), who earned a qualification in the 200m as she scored a time of 26.28. The women also produced a number of personal records in the event, including a 26.80 for Mikayla Parrish, a 27.25 for
Lindsey Rankin, and a 27.13 for
Kyra Quinn.

The men had a number of strong performance but also shined in the 200m where three athletes qualified.

Blake Thornton (22.10) and
Ty Kishen (22.66) added the 200m to their previously qualified events, while freshman
Austyn Woolcott (pictured) punched his first ticket to the conference championship with a PR of 22.46.

UP NEXT: The Beacons will attempt to add even more names to their CCC roster on Saturday, closing out the OSU meet, with some competitors also heading to the Linfield Open in McMinnville.
