Cascade Conference Athletes of the Week - May 4, 2026

EUGENE, Ore.  – Senior Ty Kishen has been named the Cascade Collegiate Conference McDonalds Men's Field Athlete of the Week as Presented by Urban Edge Network, announced by the CCC office on Monday.
 
Kishen closed out the regular season on a high note, taking second place in the Triple Jump at the Oregon State High Performance meet. Breaking the school record with a leap of 14.90m (48-10.75), he improved his NAIA "B" standard and now ranks third in the CCC.
 
This is the first career CCC Athlete of the Week honor for Kishen and he becomes the second Beacon to earn the honor for men's track & field this season, joining Kaleo Wellman who has been selected three times.
