2025: Competed in 12 meets as a junior...set personal bests in the 100m (11.47), 400m (52.62) and triple jump (14.39m)...placed third at the CCC Championship in the triple jump and sixth in the long jump...also ran the 4x400-meter relay at the conference championship...earned Academic All-CCC, NAIA Scholar-Athlete and CSC Academic All-District recognition...named the Field MVP...named to the Athletic Director's honor roll in the fall.

2024: Competed in three indoor and nine outdoor meets as a sophomore...set personal bests in the 60m (7.64), 200m (23.54), 800m (2:13.23), long jump (6.45m) and triple jump (13.97m)...qualified for the CCC Championship in the long jump and triple jump, setting a PR in the TJ for fourth place...also ran the 4x100m and 4x400m relays at the conference championship...voted Most Improved...earned Academic All-CCC and CSC Academic All-District honors...named to the Athletic Director's honor roll in the spring.

2023: Competed in three indoor and ten outdoor meets for the Beacons as a freshman... established PRs in the 60m (7.75), 200m (25.69), 100m (12.28), High Jump (1.69m), Long Jump (5.87m) and Triple Jump (13.27m)...qualified for CCC Championships in the high jump and triple jump...took sixth place in the triple jump...named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for both semesters...named Bushnell Field Athlete of the Year.

High School Experience: Competed two years on varsity at Cottage Grove High for coaches Ricky Knutson and Jayden Tucker...earned Third-Team All-State honors as a junior...earned second-team All-State as a senior and was the Sky-Em League Triple Jump Champion as a senior..also played soccer and basketball for the Lions and was an All-State goalkeeper. 

Personal: Born on January 20 in Eugene, Oregon...son of April and Kyle Kishen...dad and grandpa played collegiate basketball...enjoys playing guitar and listening to metal...loves horror movies and building legos...aspires to become a historian or history teacher...major is undecided.
