LACEY, Wash. – Bushnell fell 3-0 to host Saint Martin's in a women's soccer exhibition match on Wednesday evening at Saints Field.
 
Bushnell held Saint Martin's, an NCAA Division II school, scoreless until a 41^st minute goal from Kiersten Madsen. Madsen sent her shot from deep outside the box into the top right corner of the net.
 
The Beacons kept the deficit at one until the 80^th minute when the Saints doubled their advantage. Saint Martin's added one five minutes later to secure the 3-0 victory.
 
Bushnell was outshot 31-3 in the loss. Emily Puita took the Beacons' shot on goal. Anabel Mendez recorded 13 saves on the match.
 
Bushnell hosts Pacific Union College (Calif.) at Civic Park on Sunday in its home opener. The match begins at 1 p.m.
