Women's Track & Field Places Four on CSC Academic Team

2025 CSC Academic All-District Women's Track & Field Teams

EUGENE, Ore. – Four Bushnell women's track & field athletes were recently honored on as members of the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.
 
The 2025 Academic All-District teams, selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC), recognize the nations top student-athletes for their combined performance on the field and in the classroom, with a set of qualification standards including game-play minimums and GPA requirements.

Libby Mathis was honored for the third time, joining the elite company of Stephanie Hescock and Michelle Fletcher as the only other three-time honorees. Kaitlin Cook was selected for the second time while Mariah Anderson and Leah Schiewe were honored for the first time. 

The women's track & field team has a rich history with the CSC Academic All-America program with a Bushnell-best 28 All-District selections dating back to 2011. Seven have gone on to also earn the prestigious All-American honor, most of any Bushnell team. 
 
This season, Bushnell combined for 33 Academic All-District selections.
