RESULTS

BUCKEYE, Ariz. – The Bushnell men's golf team remained consistent throughout their final fall tournament, taking 12^th-place in the 16-team field at the Firestorm Fall Invitational, hosted by Arizona Christian University at Verrado Golf Club.
 
The Beacons shot a 301-301-302—904, beating out teams from St. Thomas University  (Texas), Benedictine-Mesa (Ariz.), Dakota Wesleyan (S.D.) and Cascade Conference rival Corban. The event was won by Texas Wesleyan who finished nine-shots under par as a team.
 
Junior Connor Cameron finished off the best tournament of his career with a top-ten finish, taking ninth-place in the field of 79 golfers, shooting a one-under 72-73-70—215.
 
Matt Forsyth (76-78-73—227) followed in 44^th place while Jacob Holmes (75-74-82—231) and Peyton Wiedenmann (78-76-77—231) tied for 55^th. Rounding out the Beacon contingent was Trenton Parks (84-81-86—251) in 77^th.

UP NEXT: The Beacons have now concluded the fall half of the schedule and will be back in action in the spring, beginning April 13 at the Warner Pacific Invitational.
