GLENEDEN BEACH, Ore. – The Coastal Collegiate Classic, hosted by Corban University at Salishan Golf Resort concluded on Sunday with the Bushnell men's team taking fourth place.

With a roster almost entirely different from the squad that competed earlier in the week at the Oregon Tech event, the Beacons reserves took fourth place, ahead of the "B" teams from both Simpson University and Corban.

The Beacons finished with a two-round score of 306-317—623, and were just four strokes behind the main squad from Corban in third place. Bellevue College won the event going away, finishing at 575 to defeat Simpson by 38 strokes.

Trison Hedges (78-77—155) led the way for the Beacons, claiming a share of ninth-place.
Cody Adams followed in 12
th (77-79—156) while Trenton Parks (76-82—158) and
Shawn Petty (75-83—158) tied for 17
th.

Connor Poulson (85-79—164) rounded out the team competition in 25
th while
Tyler Mikel (pictured) played as an individual and improved 11 strokes round-over-round and took 33
rd (92-81—173).

UP NEXT: The Beacons will travel to Caldwell, Idaho on October 13-14 for the final CCC tournament of the fall, competing at Timberstone Golf Course in the College of Idaho Invitational. Â Â
