Bushnell Rocket League Picks Up Two Wins

EUGENE, Ore. – Bushnell Rocket League opened the spring season with a pair of wins, defeating Colorado College and Kean University.

ROCKET LEAGUE

The Rocket League regular season consists of six rounds of conference play. All matches are a best-of-five games. At the end of the Regular Season, the first-place roster in each conference will earn an automatic bid into the Playoffs. The second and third place rosters from each conference will compete in a Last Chance Qualifier against second and third place rosters from other conferences.
 
Bushnell 3, Colorado College 1 (3-6, 3-2, 2-0, 4-2)
 
Bushnell opened the NACE spring season with a win over Colorado College, falling in the first game before winning three straight. The Beacons fell in their prior two matchups with the Tigers in the fall. Cole Vamos, Isaac Wagner and Kyle Foss make up the Beacon trio.

The Beacons will also be competing in a league run by the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC). They will play six best-of-seven matches in the 43-team Contenders Division. To be eligible for the postseason, they must earn at least eight points during the regular season and finish among the top-16. Each win is worth two points.

Bushnell defeated Kean University in the first regular season match, 4-1.
