Analise Aubin had a strong start to her women's golf campaign, finishing the opening day in a tie for third place at the British Columbia Invite, taking place at the Sudden Valley Golf Course.

Aubin posted a 79 to finish seven-over par on the day in her first collegiate competition. The freshman is six strokes off the lead.
Cassidy Krauss is currently in 16th (87), followed by
Fernanda Gardea in 26th (95) and
Melody Garcia in 34th (112).

Emily Li of UBC leads the tournament, shooting a 73 to help the Thunderbirds to a commanding 23-stroke lead (309). Oregon Tech is in second (332) followed by Lewis-Clark State (336) and Corban (341). Bushnell sits in fifth (373), one stroke ahead of The College of Idaho (374) in sixth. Walla Walla is in seventh (382) after Day 1.
