PORTLAND, Ore. – The Bushnell women's golf team held on to sixth place after the two-round Tournament of Knights, hosted at the Glendoveer Golf Course.
 
As a team, Bushnell shot a 683, finishing 29 strokes of Corban University (712) in seventh. British Columbia shot a 605 as a team to finish with a commanding 32-stroke victory over Oregon Tech (637). Lewis-Clark State (648) finished third, College of Idaho (668) jumped into fourth and Southern Oregon (676) finished fifth, just seven strokes ahead of the Beacons.
 
Kylee Smith led the way for the Beacons, carding an 80-83--163 to tie for 14^th place on the leaderboard. Jada Richwine finished 25^th (89-84--173), Hailey Smith followed in 26^th (88-86--174), Jaylee Hix tied for 30^th (90-90--180) and Morgan Schlesinger finished 37^th (102-83--185).
 
The Tournament of Knights was the final regular season Cascade Collegiate Conference event. Up next is the CCC Championship on April 27-29, hosted by LC State at the Lewiston Golf Club.
