RESULTS

LEWISTON, Idaho. – A consistent performance for the Beacon women's golf team in Tuesday's second round helped them hold steady in sixth-place while expanding their lead over seventh at the Cascade Collegiate Conference tournament at Lewiston Country Club.
 
After shooting a 340 on Monday, the Beacons added a 341 on Tuesday to head into Wednesday's final round with a 681 in sixth place. Bushnell is a comfortable 29 shots ahead of seventh-place Walla Walla University.
 
The University of British Columbia expanded their lead as they sit at 596, 17 strokes better than second-place Lewis-Clark State (613). Oregon Tech is a close third at 616. Southern Oregon and the College of Idaho will fight it out for fourth-place as the schools are tied at 650.
 
Individually, Jaylee Hix (82-84—166) continues to lead for the Beacons and sits in 22nd place, followed closely by Jada Richwine (pictured) (86-84—170) in 24th. Kylee Smith (86-85—171) is currently 26th, Morgan Schlesinger (84-88—172) is 29th and Hailey Smith (103-89—192) is in 37th.
 
The Tournament will conclude with Wednesday's third round.
