CALDWELL, Idaho – The Bushnell women's golf team is closing out the season this week at the CCC Championships, hosted by The College of Idaho at TimberStone Golf Course
 
Leading the Beacons is Kelsie Hellwege, who shot an opening round 81 to find herself in a tie for eighth place at the midway point of the tournament.
 
Juniors Cassidy Krauss (86, 15th), Fernanda Gardea (87, 16th), and Carli Brousseau (88, 17th) rounded out the Beacon scoring.
 
The team total of 342 was good for fourth place as they sit eight shots behind Corban for third heading into the final round on Tuesday.
