LEWISTON, Idaho – The Lewis-Clark State College Cross Country course was the site of the final regular season race for the Bushnell women's cross country team on Saturday, as they competed at the Lewis-Clark Invitational.

The Beacons took 13th in the largest meet of the season, finishing ahead of NAIA foe MSU-Northern by 37 points.

Leading the way for the Beacons was
Rebecca Kuskie, returning to action after sitting out the CCC Preview Meet last weekend. Kuskie ran a time of 18 minutes, 55 seconds and took 42nd place for Bushnell.

Tom Boldon said, "This meet was very highly competitive with several DI schools as well as some highly rated NAIA teams. Becca continues to lead our team and ran sub-19 for the second time in her career. She got stronger and stronger as the race wore on."

The next five Beacon runners produced an impressive pack as they came in within 11 spots and 44 seconds of each other.
Isabell Webber took 99th (20:46), followed by
Aneykah McCall in 102nd (20:59) and
Skye Urban in 105th (21:09). Urban (pictured) ran a collegiate PR and continues to look strong.

Kaitlin Cook followed in in 108th (21:21) and
Hannah Scott took 110th (21:30).
Liz Jarvis also ran for the Beacons, taking 121st.

Next up for the Beacons will be the Cascade Collegiate Conference Championship, taking place on November 5 in Klamath Falls.
