2021-2022: CROSS COUNTRY - Competed in four races during sophomore campaign...set a new personal standard at the Inland Empire Invitational (21:08.0)...took 15th at the Bushnell Invitational...named team's Most Improved. TRACK - Competed in six events in her second year...established personal bests in the 1500m (5:52.66, LCC Open) and 3000m Steeplechase (13:19.88, OSU High Performance Meet)...posted a season-best pole vault of 2.46m (8'0.75").

2020-2021: CROSS COUNTRY - Competed in four races for the Beacons as a freshman...set a PR at the CCC Championships (21:45.00). TRACK & FIELD - Set a PR in the pole vault (2.75m/9'0.25") at the CCC Championships, placing 9th.

High School Experience: Ran junior varsity cross country at Hanford High for coach Sean Mars...was also on the Bowling team for the Falcons, earning All-Mid Columbia Conference honorable mention. 

Personal: Born on September 11, 2001...daughter of Susan Urban  and George Urban...enjoys reading and spending time outdoors...plays the guitar and violin...majoring in exercise science.
