PORTLAND, Ore. – The fall portion of the 2014-2015 men's golf schedule came to an end on Tuesday with the conclusion of the Cavalier Classic, hosted by Concordia University. NCU took 11th-place in the event.

In the second official CCC event of the season sophomore
Sam Mar led the way, shooting a six-over 222 to claim a tie for ninth place. He was fifth, however, among Cascade Collegiate Conference schools.

Junior
Cody Gardner (pictured) was 35th (78-78-81—237) followed by
Austin Dame in 55th (84-83-86—253) and
Jack Hackman in 58th (99-93-83—275).

The University of British Columbia won the team title with an aggregate score of 858, good for six-under par. They knocked off host Concordia by 27 shots. Among the other CCC schools, Corban was fourth (894), Oregon Tech was eighth (947), The College of Idaho finished ninth (949), Warner Pacific was tenth (974) and NCU was 11th (987).

NCU is slated to return to action in the spring at the Corban Invitational on March 9-10.Â
