2025: Competed in 11 meets as a sophomore...first-ever indoor All-American for the Beacons after a runner-up finish at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championship, setting the indoor school record with a leap of 7.38m...set the outdoor long jump (7.42m) record at the Bryan Clay Invitational...placed second at the CCC Championship in the long jump and 14th at the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championship...two-time CCC Field Athlete of the Week...earned Academic All-CCC and NAIA Scholar-Athlete recognition...voted Field MVP...named the Men's Athlete of the Year at the Iggy Awards.

2024: Competed in one indoor and 10 outdoor meets as a freshman...qualified for the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championship in the long jump after a school-record 7.23m leap at the Oregon State High Performance Meet...qualified for the CCC Championship in the long jump and triple jump, taking second in the long jump...named to the Athletic Director's honor roll in the fall...voted Most Valuable Newcomer. 

High School Experience: Competed one season at East Linn Christian High for coach Dave Wilkinson...earned district athlete of the year...named team MVP...won the Oregon 2A Championship in triple jump and long jump...led team to a state championship...earned a national jumps medal...held personal records of 22'2" in the long jump, 44'8.75" in the triple jump, 11.78 in the 100m and 24.60 in the 200m...also played basketball. 

Personal: Born on May 31...son of Kristen and Robert Wellman...enjoys music, drawing, and fishing...plays the guitar, bass, ukelele, piano, drums, violin, cello, viola, and banjo...aspires to become a music producer...majoring in music with a minor in business.
