RESULTS: OREGON STATE | LINFIELD
CORVALLIS, Ore./McMinnville, Ore. – The Bushnell women's track & field team has picked the perfect time to get hot, closing the regular season with three new CCC qualifications and three school records as they competed at both the Oregon State High Performance Meet and the Linfield Open.

Freshman
Sienna Lillebo had a weekend to remember, contributing to three school records, breaking marks in the 400m, 4x100m relay, and 4x400m relay. Her most impressive milestone came in the 400m where she ran a 59.15, breaking Janea Robertson's previous record of 59.30, set in 2023.
Aniya Green nearly broke the previous mark as well, running a 59.35 as she earned a CCC qualification in the event for her third conference ticket.Â

The 4x100 relay team of Green,
Macayla Parrish, Lillebo, and
Cyan Kelso-Reynolds broke a mark set in 2019, running a 48.61 to topple the record by 17 100ths of a second. Later, Green, Aubrey Sommerville,
Lindsey Rankin and Lillebo posted a 4:01.24, breaking the 2019 record by more than a second.

Sommerville was also a new Cascade Conference qualifier on her own in the 400m, joining Lillebo, Green, and Rankin in the event as she ran a 1:00.67.

The distance crew also earned a new CCC mark as
Alyssa Clark earned her spot in La Grande in the 800m with a new personal best of 2:20.06.

On Friday, The women came close to another new qualification as freshman
Viktoriia Gabrio came within two centimeters of the long jump standard at 4.97m (16-03.75). The long jump crew had plenty more magic on Friday, led by Kelso-Reynolds who took third-place and landed an all-time best 5.66m (18-07.00). She not only posted the second-best throw in school history, but the third-best CCC jump of the season. Lillebo also had a PR in the event at 5.21m.

Also landing a spot at No. 2 in the Bushnell record book was freshman
Janaiya Miller, who tossed the discus 40.19m (131-10).

While the majority of the team competed in Corvallis, a handful of Beacons also traveled to close out their regular season at the Linfield Open on Saturday. Leading the ladies was
Eden Witten who once again hit the conference standard in the pole vault at 2.48m (8-01.50).

Up Next: The largest contingent in school history is slated to hit the road next weekend for the Cascade Collegiate Conference championships, beginning on Friday in La Grande, Oregon, hosted by Eastern Oregon University. Â Â
