After the race, Head Coach
Kyle Will said, "The meet went well today. It was a small race with around 100 total runners, but everything went smoothly, the course was great, and it was a nice chance for us to host something we feel confident will continue to grow in the future.
Â
"I was very pleased in general with our results. Kaitlin led us despite being sick all week and Cadence had a great race. Logan had probably the best race he has had all year. He went in with a different race strategy and it really paid off."
Â
The Beacons are now in full last-minute training mode for the Cascade Collegiate Conference Championships which take place on Friday, November 8 in Portland, Oregon at Rose City Golf Course, hosted by Multnomah Campus of Jessup University.
