Bushnell (0-8, 0-3 CCC) played the top two teams in the Cascade Conference last weekend with both Eastern Oregon and The College of Idaho flexing their muscles and showing why they are ranked in the NAIA Top-25 Coaches Poll.
This weekend the Beacons hit the road and have a prime opportunity to pick up their first wins of the season.
WARNER PACIFIC: The Knights (3-5-1, 0-3) went 3-2-1 in their non-conference schedule but have since lost three straight and are looking for their first goal in CCC play.
Overall, they are fifth in the CCC in scoring (1.22 goals per game) and have given up 1.89 goals per game, which ranks 11th. The WPC scoring has been spread out, with four different players each scoring two goals. Jackie Castellanos (2 goals, 2 assists) and Maddie Goss (1 goal, 4 assists) have led the way.
The all-time series between the teams is knotted up at 7-7-4 all-time, after the squads played through a 1-1 and 0-0 tie last season in Portland.
MULTNOMAH: The Lions (1-7, 0-3) had a 2-0 win over Cal Maritime back on September 9 but have since lost four straight. They have scored one goal in CCC play, and four goals on the season.
Multnomah is 13th in the CCC in scoring (0.43 goals per game) and 13th defensively (5.29 goals per game allowed). Nanea Moke-Rabang leads the team with two goals so far this season.
Bushnell is 2-0 all-time against the Lions, but the schools have not played each other since before the pandemic.

CCC SETTER OF THE WEEK: Makenna Northern also had a record-setting weekend. Not only did she break Bushnell's career double-doubles record, she also collected 61 assists on Saturday to break her own single-match record. She was named the CCC Setter of the Week for her efforts.
LC STATE: The Warriors (9-5, 5-4 CCC) are currently tied for fifth-place in the Cascade Collegiate Conference. After losing four matches in a five-match stretch, they got better with a 3-2 win over Multnomah and a 3-1 win over Warner Pacific last weekend.
