CoSIDA Academic All-District Teams

EUGENE, Ore. – Junior Rebecca Kuskie has been named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team for Cross Country and Track & Field.  
 
Kuskie earned All-District honors as part of District 4, representing NAIA schools from Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming and Canada.
 
A psychology major with a 4.00 GPA, Kuskie was a two-time All-Cascade Collegiate Conference runner during the 2021-2022 year. In the fall, she took fifth-place at the CCC Cross Country Championships, earning all-conference plaudits and qualifying for the NAIA National Championship. In the spring, she took third-place in the 10,000m at the CCCC Track & Field Championship.
 
A total of eight Beacons earned CoSIDA Academic All-District honors during the 2021-2022 school-year with Kuskie joining Shay Coons and Callie Wilkins from indoor volleyball, Sarah Reinecker and Aspen Slifka from women's basketball, Coons and Halle Neumann from beach volleyball, and Andrew Webb from men's golf.
 
Kuskie joins the rest of the 46 women selected from across the country, advancing to the national ballot for Academic All-America consideration.
