Eugene, Ore. – The Northwest Christian University League of Legends team opened up play in the 2020 College League of Legends Tournament with a loss to University of California on Saturday. 
 
The Beacons started strong in each of their matches, however, mid game was where the Bears would begin to pull away. Despite the loss it was an exciting time for NCU Esports as the League team had a full theater of fans cheering them on during their first ever game as a team.
