EUGENE, Ore. – With competitors spread out in Boise, Corvallis, and Forest Grove, the NCU women's track & field team hit numerous new CCC and NAIA standards over the weekend.
 
Junior Cass Brownell added a new NAIA mark, grabbing her first national "B" standard in the Steeplechase as she came in with a time of 11:23.24 at the Oregon State High Performance meet. Previous "A" qualifier Anika Rasubala also improved her own national qualifying time, running an 11:17.68.
 
The OSU meet also produced a pair of qualifications for sophomore Hannah Eddens who cleared the standards in both the Long Jump (4.83m) and the Triple Jump (10.34m).
 
Meanwhile, in Boise at the BSU Border Clash, Bailey Dell continued to improve, hitting a 2018 NAIA-best throw of 47.28m to win the event against multiple DI, DII and NAIA opponents. Myah Harter also had a strong weekend, once again breaking her own school record in the Shot Put with a heave of 11.65m.
 
At the Pacific Twilight on Friday, Emily Moon led the way with a victory in the 800m run, hitting the CCC qualifying standard with a time of 2:22.08. Freshman Taylor Binkerd added her second conference mark as well, finishing the 100m hurdles at 17.20.
