SEATTLE, Wash. – The NCU men's track & field team closed out the indoor season on Sunday at the University of Washington Open at Demspey Indoor Stadium. For the third straight race the 4x400m relay team broke the school record.

The team of
Dominic Cantu,
Antonio Campos-Perez,
Nicolas Delgado, and
Matt Jones won their heat and took third-place overall, coming in at 3:25.68.

Four other heat wins were also claimed for the Beacons. In the 60m,
Dominic Cantu ran a 7.27 to claim the title in his heat while finishing 31st overall.
Matt Jones was the NCU leader in 25th (7.24).

Jones claimed a heat victory of his own in the 200m, taking 14th place at 22.62. Delgado also claimed his heat at 23.20 and took 27th while Campos-Perez was victorious in his heat and finished 29th (23.25).

The Beacons will return to action on March 2 when the outdoor schedule kicks off at the Linfield Icebreaker.
