2021: Competed in relays and 400m events for the Beacons as a senior...earned All-CCC honors as a member of both the 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams that took third and second-place respectively. 

2020: Participated in both indoor and outdoor track during junior season...posted a season best for the indoor 60m (7.49) at the 2020 Ed Jacoby Invite. 

2019: As a sophomore, set a 100m PR of 11.37 at the Titan Twilight...set new 200m PR at Lewis & Clark (22.83)...broke his Indoor PR in the 60m (7.33)...broke 400m PR at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (51.00)...qualified for conference in the 100m and 200m...member of 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams that earned All-CCC finishes.

2018: Competed in 200m, 400m, 800m and relays as a freshman...set 200m (23.00) and 400m (51.17) personal bests at the John Knight Twiligiht on April 6...member of school-record setting 4x100m relay team (41.69/CCC)...qualified for conference in the 200m and 400m.

High School Experience: Competed for three year at Laguna Hills High for coach Dave Kirrle...as a sophomore was named Most Valuable Athlete...also earned Most Valuable Sprinter honors as a junior and senior...also played soccer for the Hawks.

Personal: Born on October 9...son of Nicole and Richard Delgado...enjoys biking, hiking and going to the beach...aspires to become a physical therapist...majoring in exercise science.
