The game is schedule to tip-off inside Keeter Gymnasium on the campus of the College of the Ozarks at 10:15 am (8:15 am PST). Danny Havel and Corey Anderson will be on the call live on KUJZ, 95.3 The Score in the Eugene/Springfield area with the pre-game starting at 7:55 am.

NCU Athletics and Student Life will be hosting a watch party for the game in the Rug Room on campus.

Southwestern is a No. 6 seed in this year's tournament and they are making their first appearance in ten years. The Moundbuilders enter the game having lost three of their last five games, including a pair of defeats at the hand of fellow tournament team Tabor College. NCU, meanwhile, rides a three-game winnings streak after claiming the CCC Tournament Championship last week. This will mark the first ever meeting between the schools.

SC is 26-7 on the season, just one game worse overall than the Beacons. They are averaging a scorching 86.5 points per game with over half of their scoring coming from just two sources. Senior Forward Cameron Clark averages 23.2 points per game. He is the Moundbuilders' all-time leading scorer with over 2400 career points. Senior Guard Chris Waller is the other troublemaker, averaging 20.3 points while shooting 53% from the field.

The winner of Thursday's opening-round game will advance to the round of 16 to face the winner of Thursday's 1:45 pm game between No. 2 seed Indiana Wesleyan and No. 7 seed Bellevue. Friday's game would tip-off at 4 p.m.
