2025 CCC Women's Soccer Postseason Awards
CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Bushnell women's soccer team, having earned the No. 5 seed for this weekend's Cascade Collegiate Conference tournament, have placed four players on the All-CCC teams, as announced by the conference office on Friday.
Â
Leading the way were three Beacons placed on the Second-Team.
Â
Scoring the most goals by a Beacon in 11 years helped vault freshman
Elidia Cervantes Carlos into her place on the team. Cervante Carlos has scored seven goals this season, including two game-winners against Warner Pacific University and Evergreen State College. In the 4-0 win over Evergreen, she collected three goals, earning Bushnell's first hat-trick since 2014.
Â
Senior Goalkeeper
Ana Augusto also earned Second-Team Honors for the Beacons. The two-time CCC Defensive Player of the Week has posted a 1.09 Goals Against Average so far this season, which is in line for the best in school history. She has earned a Bushnell record five shutouts this year.
Â
Lexis Canyete-Asato was honored by the CCC for the third straight year as she helped to anchor a defensive unit that has allowed just 18 goals in 16 games this season and posted six shutouts. Canyete-Asato was a First-Team selection as a sophomore and also earned second-team plaudits as a junior last year.
Â
Joining Canyete-Asato from the Bushnell defense as an honorable mention selection and earning her first All-CCC nod is senior
Lorelai Murphy.
