EUGENE, Ore. – The Bushnell University/Grace Community Fellowship Beach Courts were home to the second-to-last day of Cascade Collegiate Conference beach volleyball competition on Friday and the final standing began to take shape.

No. 2 ranked Corban University (13-2, 9-0 CCC) remained undefeated in the CCC with two wins, moving to one win from clinching the CCC Championship and the No.1 seed out of the conference for the NAIA West Regional tournament next week in Chula Vista, California.

Southern Oregon (9-2, 8-2) picked up a win over Northwest in the morning, securing at least second-place in the CCC. The College of Idaho (6-6, 6-5) split on the day to lock into third-place while Bushnell (5-16, 3-8) went 0-2 and secured the fourth and final conference spot in the NAIA West tournament.

The Raiders won their lone match of the day, shutting out the Eagles. Natalie Perez and Natasha Perez sealed the win, putting SOU ahead 3-0 with their 21-10, 21-6 win over Sydney Faber and Kali Dransfelt at the No. 5 pair.

Northwest's No. 1 pair of Caitlin James and Carlee Rowell put up a significant fight, pushing Madi Gray and Tessa Zimmermann to three sets, but the latter went on a 7-1 run to close out the third set and win 21-19, 14-21, 15-9.

The Warriors went ahead with three wins to open the match as the No. 5 pair of Cammie Masanda and Angela Stover clinched it with a 21-12, 21-18 win.

The Yotes made it respectable, pulling out wins at the No. 3 and No. 1 pairs. At the 3's, Liza Montalbo and Emily Vandenberg were leading 21-14, 14-8 when the Warriors were force to withdraw due to an injury.

The 1's provided some excitement as Haley McUne and Sydney Dews took down Emma Bischoff and Megan Dennis, 21-19, 19-21, 15-11.

The teams were tied up at 1-1 after the first flight, but the Yotes pulled out wins at the 1's, 3's, and 5's to seal the victory. The Beacon's No. 2 pair snagged a win for the Beacons as
Brooke Silvernail and
Anessa Stotts swept Althea Sandoval and Lauren Gauna, 21-12, 21-14.

In a hotly contested No. 3's battle, the Yotes Emily Vandenberg and Liza Montalbo outlasted
Jadeya Hayes and
Courtney Isom, 10-21, 21-14, 15-12.

The win for C of I secured a potential tiebreaker over Bushnell and secured third-place in the CCC.

The final result did not match the intensity to the concluding match as the Warriors had to work to claim the sweep of the Beacons.

In the opening flight, Danae Stokes and Jessica McMillan took a 21-15, 21-11 win over
Brooke Silvernail and
Anessa Stotts at the No. 2 pair, while the No. 4 pair of Allyson Reed and Erin Scott battled to a three-set 21-12, 19-21, 15-13 win.

The Warriors clinched the win with a No. 5 pair victory, but the match was far from over as Bushnell pushed to try and avoid the shutout. The Beacons No. 1 pair of
Halle Neumann and
Kate Palelek came close in a 21-19, 24-22 loss to Megan Dennis and Emma Bischoff. The Corban's Emmi Marks and Kiley Powers were pushed to the limit at the No. 3 pair, defeating
Jadeya Hayes and
Courtney Isom, 29-27, 21-9.
