PORTLAND, Ore. – The Bushnell University women's soccer team fell 4-2 to host Warner Pacific University in Friday afternoon's Cascade Collegiate Conference contest at the Eastside Timbers Sports Complex.

Olivia Stumetz scored twice in the second half to lift the Knights (4-5-1, 1-3 CCC) to their first conference victory of the season. Kaitlin Hirasa also finished with two goals on the match, including the match-winner in the 61
st minute of play.

Dejah Wallot (pictured) posted her team-leading third goal of the year early in the first half off an assist from
Emily Puita to get the Beacons (0-9, 0-4 CCC) on the board and tie the match at 1-1.
Sydney Petersen tied the game once again for Bushnell in the 61
st minute, but the Knights responded less than a minute later with what turned out to be the match-winner.

WPU finished with a 14-9 advantage in shots, but just a 9-7 edge in shots on goal. Puita led the Beacons in shots, recording four on the game, three on goal.
