SALEM, Ore.  – Six pitchers saw action on Tuesday as the Beacons fell to Willamette, 12-3 in a non-conference game.
 
The Beacons (9-24) collected nine hits in the game, including three from Noah Montoya and two from Kyle Casperson, who also produced two RBI, and hit a double.
 
Trenton Hough, Jayden Soriano, and Colby Knutzen got things started off on the mound, throwing the first three innings respectively with allowing a hit. Ethan Paulson (0-2) pitched the fourth and gave up four earned runs on four hits as the Bearcats started to pull away.
 
Bushnell returns to action this weekend, resuming Cascade Collegiate Conference action in Klamath Falls as they take on Oregon Tech on Saturday and Sunday.
