KIRKLAND, Wash. – Northwest University remains unbeaten on the season after defeating Bushnell University, 7-1, in Cascade Collegiate Conference women's soccer action on Friday afternoon.

The Eagles (9-0-2, 5-0-1 CCC), who are now outscoring opponents 30-2, had not allowed a goal since September 4.
Sydney Petersen scored to give the Beacons (0-11, 0-6) a 1-0 advantage in the 32
nd minute off an assist from
Dejah Wallot.

Northwest responded less than three minutes later to tie the match and went on to score three seconds before halftime to take a 2-1 lead into the break. The Eagles began to pull away early in the second half, recording five goals to make it a 7-1 result.

Six different players scored for the Eagles, who outshot the Beacons 29-7.

Dina Hayes and Wallot added a shot on goal apiece for the Beacons.
Madison Bender tied a season-high with eight saves on the match.
