Olympia, Wash. - The Northwest Christian University women's soccer team lost to Evergreen State 2-0 on Friday.  

The Geoducks (2-5, CCC 1-3) led at halftime 1-0 behind a Madison Early header goal assisted by Ally Turkington and Sunny Bieber. In the second half Katelyn Gose added a goal giving Evergreen a 2-0 victory. The Geoducks outshot the Beacons 37-1.  

Thuytrina Beecher picked up the lone shot attempt for NCU (2-8, CCC 1-4) while senior goalkeeper Katie Hastings had 13 saves for the traveling Beacons.  

The Beacons will look to bounce back on Saturday as they travel to play Northwest University at 2:30pm.
