Kelly Pitre has been the head coach for the NCU volleyball program since 2014. Pitre had previously served as the lead assistant for two seasons, helping to guide the Beacons to post-season appearances each year.

Pitre came to NCU after a stint as the head coach at New Hope Christian College and had spent the previous seven years in the local volleyball community, coaching at the high school and club levels.
 
Coach Pitre is a 2007 graduate of Washington State University and currently works as a lead preschool teacher with Head Start of Lane County. Pitre played four years of volleyball with the Cougars and was a team captain during her senior year.

She married former assistant coach Robbie Pitre on June 18, 2015. The have one son, Elijah.
