Hailey Hughes joins the Bushnell volleyball coaching staff for the 2026 season.
In two season as a player with the Beacons, Hughes established herself as one of the greatest players in program history after guiding the Beacons to their first-ever trip to the NAIA National Championship final site in 2025. The highly decorated outside hitter was a two-time Bushnell Female Athlete of the Year, two-time First-Team All-Cascade Collegiate Conference, and capped off her career as an NAIA Second-Team All-American.
Hughes graduated from Bushnell in 2026 with a degree in Biology and she remains at Bushnell in the nursing program.
