Carly Sand joined in the coaching staff of the Beacons in 2020, as the graduate assistant.

Sand was a three-year member of the Beacons and graduated from Bushnell in 2020. She was a two-time Academic All-Conference selection and earned NAIA-Daktronics Scholar Athlete honors as a senior.Â
