Chad DePaoli

Chad DePaoli has worked as an assistant coach with the NCU men's basketball staff since 2010. DePaoli comes to the Beacons with an extensive and successful coaching background at the high school level. 

Most recently, coach DePaoli was the Head Girl's Basketball Coach at Marist High School in Eugene, where he amassed a 70-31 record over four seasons. DePaoli led the Spartans to Sky-Em League Championships in 2006 and 2007 and guided Marist two three appearances in the final eight at the state championship tournament. In 2008, the Spartans took third place in Oregon.

Previously, Coach DePaoli also worked as an assistant under Head Coach Corey Anderson with the varsity boys basketball team at Marist, helping to guide the Spartans to the 2001 State Championship. 

DePaoli remains on staff at Marist HS, where he is a theology teacher and coordinates the campus ministry program. He also has experience as the Director of Youth Ministry at St. Paul Church in Eugene. 

Coach DePaoli is a 2003 graduate of Northwest Christian College, where he earned his bachelors degree in business management.
