2017: Took a year off from the volleyball team to concentrate on academics. 

2016: Played in 22 matches for NCU during sophomore season, making 17 starts..played in 67 sets...ranked second on the team with 138 assists...led Beacons with 27 service aces...collected 139 digs and 24 blocks...named NCU's most improved player...earned Academic All-CCC honors.

2015: Played in 18 matches for the Beacons as a freshman, starting 16...saw action in 61 sets...led team with 445 assists..third on the team with 26 aces...recorded 30 or more assists in five different matches...had five double-doubles...posted season-high 18 digs on October 2 against Warner Pacific...put down six service aces against West Coast Baptist on August 28...named NCU Hustle Award winner. 

High School Experience: Played three years on varsity at Sunset High for coach Lad Salness, her father...earned second-team All-Metro League honors as a sophomore...earned first-team all-league honors as a junior...won scholar-athlete award three times...also played basketball for the Apollos, earning multiple all-league honors. 

Personal: Born on June 5, 1996 in Portland, Ore...daughter of Annie and Lad Salness...sister Katherine played basketball at Corban University...sister Claire is also on NCU volleyball team...enjoys reading and writing...loves to sign and hang out with friends...majoring in English..aspires to become a high school English teacher.
