EUGENE, Ore. – The Bushnell men's basketball team was held in check on Saturday night against NAIA No. 22-ranked Oregon Tech, falling to the Owls 66-48.

The Beacons (11-12, 8-8 CCC) anemic offense finished with their lowest point total in a CCC game in 11 years as the team shot just 24.6% from the field and were 2-for-20 from the three-point line. Meanwhile, Oregon Tech shot 59% in the contest and scored a 28-22 advantage in the paint.

Bushnell did earn a 12-2 advantage in offensive rebounds, amounting to a 7-0 lead in second-chance scoring, and collected eight steals off of 15 OIT turnovers.

Kaleb Burnett was active from the tipoff, making the most of his 35 minutes of action with a team-high 17 points, adding eight rebounds.
Ashton Harvey earned a team-high nine rebounds while
Keenan Reckamp came off the bench to score eight points. Â

Oregon Tech (17-7, 12-4) had three players in double-figures, led by 18 from Grant Tull.
