2027 CCC Baseball Preseason Poll

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Bushnell baseball team has been picked to finish fourth in the Cascade Collegiate Conference, as voted on by the CCC Head Coaches.

The Beacons went 27-27 in 2026 and finished fourth in the CCC with a conference record of 17-20, qualifying for the Cascade Conference Tournament. The Beacons scored 42 points in the poll to sit just one behind third-place College of Idaho.

Lewis-Clark State was selected as the preseason favorite. The Warriors received six first-place votes and 62 points to lead the eight-team poll. The University of British Columbia ranked second with 58 points and two first-place votes. Those teams tied for the CCC regular-season championship last season and both advanced to the NAIA National Championship Tournament.

Rounding out the poll were Oregon Tech (33) in fifth, Eastern Oregon (19) in sixth, Corban (18) in seventh, and Warner Pacific (13) in eighth.

Bushnell will begin their season on February 5, 2027, traveling to take on Simpson University for a four-game series.
