2025 CCC Women's Soccer Preseason Poll
CORVALLIS, Ore. – After claiming both the Cascade Collegiate Conference regular season title and the CCC Tournament Championship for the second straight year, College of Idaho has been selected as the preseason favorite in the 2025 CCC Women's Soccer Poll, released Thursday by the conference office.
C of I earned all 13 first place votes with 169 total points to secure the top spot in the preseason poll. The Yotes had another fantastic year, completing the 2024 campaign with a 20-1-2 overall and a perfect 12-0 conference record. C of I ranked No. 4 in the NAIA postseason rating and finished its season in the semifinals of the NAIA Tournament with a 2-0 loss to SCAD-Savannah University. The program welcomes back three first team All-Conference members who are ready to lead the Yotes to more victories.
Next, Oregon Tech ranked at No. 2 with 140 points. OIT ended last season with a 15-6-1 overall, 9-3 CCC record. The Owls earned the Conference's second AQ to the NAIA Tournament before falling in the first round to Tennessee Wesleyan. With several key returners and newcomers, the team is preparing for another successful season.
Eastern Oregon University ranked No. 3 with 137 points. EOU held a 10-5-3 overall, 8-3-1 CCC record last season. The Mounties bring back a deep and experienced roster, including 26 returners and seven starters who are looking to build on last season's strong campaign. Carroll College received No. 4 in the preseason poll with 132 points. The Fighting Saints finished last season at 10-5-4 overall and 7-3-2 in CCC play. Carroll is rejoined by three first team All-Conference members who are determined to have another successful season.
Southern Oregon University rounded out the top five with 107 points while Rocky Mountain College followed with 101 points. Corban University and Northwest University tied at No. 7 with 87 points. Bushnell University earned the No. 9 rank with 73 points, The Evergreen State College was next with 53 points at No. 10.
Warner Pacific University (43 points), University of Providence (32 points), and Walla Walla University (22 points) completed the poll in the No. 11-13 spots, respectively.
The 2025 CCC Women's Soccer season kicks off in just over a month on September 18th, with the conference tournament set to begin on November 8th, hosted in Medford, Oregon.
