In what should go down as the largest race of the season for the Beacons with 277 runners and 23 full teams, Bushnell finished in 21st place. The Beacons were sixth among Cascade Conference teams with NAIA No. 4-ranked College of Idaho winning the race and owning the top-three individual finishes.
Head Coach
Kyle Will said, "I was pleased with our performance today, and we have started to turn the corner a little bit. They have responded well the last few weeks and showed some motivation in a big meet full of a lot of tough competition."
The Beacons will take a week off and return to action on October 19th at Linfield University's George Oja Invitational, taking place at Oak Knoll Golf Course in Independence, Oregon.
