EUGENE, Ore. – The College of Idaho scored three times in the first half, taking a 4-1 victory over Bushnell University on Friday afternoon in Cascade Collegiate Conference action at Civic Park.
The Yotes (8-3-2, 6-3-1 CCC) struck early, scoring in the seventh minute when Pierra Fabre connected off a pass from Dani Alejos. C of I went on to add two more goals in quick succession late in the first half to take a commanding 3-0 lead into the intermission.
The visitors made it 4-0 early in the second half before the Beacons were able to avoid the shutout in the 80th minute when
Danny Rojas scored a free-kick from just outside the box. For the Beacons (6-6-3, 2-6-2 CCC) it was their only shot-on-goal in the game.

Joao Ehlers said, "We did not play a good match today and we led our opponent control important moments of the game. We have a lot of work to do as we need to produce more, and perform better."
Bushnell will look to rebound on Saturday at 2:30 pm when they play host to Eastern Oregon, also a 4-1 victor on Friday over Corban.
