Box Score SPRINGFIELD, Ore. – Bushnell was defeated by Corban University on Tuesday afternoon, 13-1 in six innings as the Warriors completed a three-game Cascade Collegiate Conference series sweep.

Corban (8-28, 6-18) picked up their first road win of the season in the opener of what was scheduled to be a double-header. The second game, a non-CCC counting contest, was cancelled in the bottom of the third inning, due to rain.

The Warriors took an early 4-0 lead in the game and never looked back, putting things away with a seven-run sixth inning. Corban collected 14 hits and took advantage of four Bushnell errors as Beacon starting pitcher
Sam Silver (5-11) allowed just seven earned runs with six coming across unearned.

The Beacons collected six hits, including an RBI-triple from Erica Allen who finished the game hitting 3-for-3. Allen brought home
Bryana Yoshida in the bottom of the third inning for Bushnell's lone score.
