EUGENE, Ore.  – The first summer season for Bushnell Baseball is just around the corner with a host of Beacon players slated to participate around the country in a variety of amateur levels.
 
At least 17 Beacons are expected to compete. Among those playing locally, Daniel Furman, Kai Keamo, and Jahshua Yacapin are slated to join head coach Tommy Richards on the newly launched Springfield Drifters in the West Coast League. They will have a few opportunities to face off against Kyle Casperson, who will play for the Corvallis Knights in the WCL.
