LEWISTON, Idaho – The Bushnell University men's golf team is in sixth place after two rounds of the Warrior Invite, hosted by Lewis-Clark State College on Monday.
The Warrior Invite is the second of three Cascade Collegiate Conference events and will count toward the final conference standings. The Beacons shot 302-306--608 as a team on Monday.
Caden Stubbs led the Beacons through the first two rounds, finishing 72-75—147 to tie for 14
th on the day.
Andrew Webb is tied for 21
st with a 75-75—150.
Jackson Muramoto is tied for 34
th (78-78—156),
Cole Radbourne (81-78—159) is in 39
th and
Benjamin Lovrod (77-84—161) is tied for 41
st.
Connor Maloney (71-78—149) is tied for 19
th, competing as an individual.
Host Lewis-Clark State College leads the tournament with a 573 on the opening day. The Warriors are followed closely by British Columbia (577) and North Idaho (578).
Oregon Tech (597) is in fourth place, Multnomah (602) is in fifth and the Beacons (608) are in sixth. The remaining three spots are the College of Idaho (620), Walla Walla (638) and Corban (640).
The Warrior Invite concludes with another round on Tuesday, Sept. 28.
