KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - The Bushnell men's soccer team lost to Oregon Tech on Monday, 4-0.
Oregon Tech scored two goals in each half as they out-shot the Beacons, 26-5. Bushnell was unable to take a shot-on-goal while the Owls took 15, giving
Julian Hernandez eleven saves.
Head Coach
Erik Carrazco said, "The boys played alot better today although the score doesn't reflect it. We are still trying to get some of these guys healthy and into the rotation. The goal is to see incremental change and that is going to translate into success down the road. Our older players are showing some great leadership to lift up their teammates even when things aren't going well, and I 'm pleased with that. That is something you can't teach and you can't practice so when you have a team full of guys like that, you have something special."
Bushnell will return to Eugene next week, playing host to Northwest University in their final home games of the season. Both contests are scheduled to begin at 5:00 pm.
