This month, the Northwest Christian University will celebrate the beginning of Bushnell University with a look back at the last ten years, presenting the All-Decade Team from each team over the past ten seasons. Considerations included national and conference honors, career bodies of work, outstanding single seasons and impact on team success. Coaches were not involved in the selection process.


Katerina Brejchova (2016-2018)

• Member of first NAIA qualifying team
• Two-Time All-CCC, one First-Team honor
• Single-season record for offensive rebounds
• Ranks No. 7 all-time for blocks and rebounds with just two years played

 
Aly Bruns (2009-2013)

• Career record-holder for assists, steals, games played, and minutes played
• Ranks No. 7 on all-time scoring list

 
Niki Duncan (2015-2018)

• Member of First NAIA Qualifying Team.
• Two-Time All-CCC, one First-Team honor.
• Career record holder for three-pointers and No. 8 on all-time scoring list.

 
Hannah Frederick (2013-2015)

• Two-Time All-CCC, one First-Team honor
• Ranks No. 4 all-time for assists
• Two 100-assist seasons

 
Andrea Gloss (2012-2016)

• All-CCC Honorable Mention
• Career record holder for blocks
• Ranks No. 4 all-time for rebounds and is No. 6 on all-time scoring list.

 
Morgan McKinney (2017-2020)

• Member of first NAIA qualifying team
• Member of first CCC Champions
• NCU All-Time leading scorer in just three years
• NAIA First-Team All-American
• 2020 CCC WBB Player of the Year
• Three-time All-CCC, two First-Team honors
• Five-time CCC Player of the Week

 
Lindsey Shearer (2010-2013)

• Two-Time All-CCC, one First-Team honor.
• Four-time CCC Player of the Week
• Ranks No. 3 on all-time scoring list.
• 2012-2013 season considered one of best individual seasons of all-time 
• Owns best two rebounding seasons in school history
• Ranks in top-three all-time in multiple categories, No. 1 for free-throws

 
Aspen Slifka (2019-2020)

• Member of first CCC Champions
• First-Team All-CCC
• 2020 CCC Freshman of the Year
• First NCU Freshman with 30-point game

 
Monique Thompson (2015-2017)

• Two-Time First Team All-CCC
• 2016 CCC Defensive Player of the Year
• Ranks No. 4 all-time for points per game and is No. 14 on all-time scoring list.
