EUGENE, Ore. – The 2019 season came to an end for the Beacons on Friday afternoon with an 11-0 loss to Rocky Mountain College.

The Beacons (2-14, 1-11 CCC) were out-shot 34-4 in the contest as the Bears took 19 shots-on-goal, scoring five in the first half and six in the second.

Senior Lauryn Gamache had a memorable afternoon for the visitors, scoring five goals to break Rocky's all-time scoring record. She had a hat-trick before the end of the first half and added two more in the back 45, getting the record-breaking strike in the 81st minute.

Makenna Hadaller completed the final game of the year between the pipes with nine saves, giving her 80 on the season to lead the Beacons.

Rocky Mountain clinched a top-four seed for the upcoming CCC post-season tournament and will return to the Les Schwab Sports Park in just 11 days to begin the event hosted by NCU.
