EUGENE, Ore. – Michael Loomis provided one final silver lining on Wednesday night, scoring 32 points as he crossed the 1000-point plateau for his career in NCU's 95-81 loss to Warner Pacific in the quarterfinal round of the Cascade Collegiate Conference men's basketball tournament presented by U.S. Bank.

The Beacons season comes to an end with the loss as they close out the 2017-2018 campaign at 13-15. Warner Pacific (22-8) advances to host Oregon Tech on Saturday in the semifinals.
