Â
NCU broke through in the 29th minute when a cross in the box from
Victor Irechukwu was played by Olisaemeka Obianosie and finished by
Tito Gomez. It was the first goal of the season for the Gomez.
Â
The Beacons held tough for the final hour of play and took advantage of a late red card for UP, scoring on a penalty kick with just 34 seconds remaining to seal the victory.
